Turning the knob selects the desired temperature of your Fellow Stagg EKG.

Characteristics:

LCD Display - A discreet, black LCD display indicates the desired "Set Temperature" and "Real Time Temperature" with an illuminating element to show heating progress.

Hold Option - When the toggle on the back is switched to HOLD mode, the Stagg EKG will hold the desired temperature in Fahrenheit or Celsius for 60 minutes. When switching is not in HOLD mode, the kettle will fall asleep after reaching the set temperature.

Brew Stopwatch Timer - After the water has heated up, use the ECG built into the Brew Stopwatch to time your brew.
