Returns and right to free contract resolution
For purchases made online and to be delivered to the address of the carrier, Portuguese law provides the consumer with a period of 14 days (commonly known as the cooling off period) after taking physical possession of the goods, during which the consumer may return the item(s) without the need to state a reason. In cases of free Contract Resolution, return postage is the responsibility of the consumer, as stipulated in paragraph 2 of Article 13 of Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of 14 February.
If you want to return any article (except open coffee packs), send an email to sales@asante.coffee in order to inform of the intention even before starting the process.
