ASANTE has a privacy policy that guarantees the protection of your data, in the light of the new law of 25 May, called the "General Data Protection Regulation" (RGPD).

INFORMATION AND CONSENT
The Personal Data Protection Act "LPDP" and the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, "GDPR" ensure the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data.
In legal terms, "personal data" is considered to be any information, of any nature and regardless of its medium, including sound and image, relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, and therefore the protection does not cover the data of legal persons.
By accepting the present Privacy Policy the user declares, for the purposes foreseen in articles 4, nº 1, 2, 3, 6, 7 and 11, 6º, 7, 13º gives his consent, free, spontaneous and informed consent to the treatment of personal data, to ASANTE, that personal data supplied through the site https://www.asante.coffee are included in a file of ASANTE's responsibility, whose treatment in terms of LPDP and RGPD respects the adequate technical and organizational security measures.
ASANTE keeps a database with the register of their clients. The data present on this base are only the data provided by the clients themselves at the time of their registration, being automatically collected and processed, in the terms approved by the National Commission for Data Protection, by ASANTE, entity responsible for the file.
In no case we will carry out any of the following activities with the personal data provided to us through this site:
Give it to other people or other entities, without the prior consent of the data holder;
Transfer outside the European Economic Area (EEA) without the prior consent of the data subject.
PURPOSES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

(ii) Communication with customers and clarification of doubts;
(iii) Processing requests for information;
(iv) Processing complaints;
(v) Direct marketing communications (if you have consented to the processing of your personal data for this purpose);

ASANTE guarantees the confidentiality of the data collected as well as the documentation received and the information transmitted will be used only within the framework of the aforementioned communication of campaigns and services, within the limits strictly necessary.
The personal data whose treatment is authorized by the present declarations may not be used for any direct marketing purposes or others of a commercial nature, including profiling or for any other automated decisions and may be subject to portability in the terms of art. 20 of the RGPD.
