The domain Asante.coffee is the property of ASANTE Speciality coffee Roasting Lab Lda, with registered office in Charneca de Caparica, collective entity no. 516 507 052, which is also its registration number in the Commercial Registry Office of Vila Nova de Gaia, with a share capital of €25,000.00, hereinafter referred to as ASANTE.
The ASANTE reserves the right to freely modify the present pre-contractual information in order to adapt it to the applicable legislation, without need of any previous warning.

Price Information

The costs of the shipping service may be at the expense of the user and buyer, and are added to the total value of the products selected.
You will be informed of these charges before confirming your order and completing the purchase process. ASANTE reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, ASANTE commits itself to apply the rates and prices indicated at the moment of the order.
In case of a computer, manual, technical or any other error, which causes a substantial alteration not foreseen by ASANTE in the sale price to the public, in such a way that it becomes exorbitant or manifestly derisory, the purchase order will be considered invalid and cancelled.
The prices of the products available on www.asante.coffee are valid for purchase orders made through www.asante.coffee, coinciding with those presented in the ASANTE physical shop.
Guarantees
Some of the articles sold by ASANTE on www.asante.coffee are covered by the legal guarantee, according to the article 5º of the Decree Law n.º 67/2003, of the 8th of April, with the modifications introduced by the Decree Law n.º 84/2008, of the 21st of May.
Damaged product - You must go to a physical ASANTE shop, presenting the invoice and the complete article. Returns due to transport damage - If the customer detects any anomaly or damage caused by the transport of the article ordered he should immediately communicate the occurrence to ASANTE.
After signing the transport document ASANTE is not responsible for any physical damage caused by transport.
