Fazenda Monte Alto is located in the municipality of São Tomás de Aquino, in the Mogiana Mineira region, and is part of a family project with a long tradition in coffee cultivation. The Pimenta family's history in coffee cultivation dates back several generations, when Marcelo Pimenta's great-grandfather was one of the pioneers of coffee farming in the north of the state of Paraná. Years later, his father acquired Fazenda Monte Alto, where Marcelo grew up surrounded by coffee plantations and developed a deep passion for this crop.
After completing his studies in Agronomy and gaining experience in other family farms, Marcelo Pimenta took over the management of Fazenda Monte Alto and other family properties in Minas Gerais. Since then, he has continued the legacy he received, combining the knowledge passed down from generation to generation with quality-oriented management, keeping alive his family's commitment to producing excellent coffees.
