Fazenda Camponesa is the farm where Paulo Henrique Oliveira began his journey in coffee cultivation and developed his interest in producing quality coffees. Located in the Cerrado Mineiro region, at an approximate altitude of 1,250 meters above sea level, the farm benefits from particularly favourable conditions for coffee growing.
Since acquiring the property, Paulo Henrique has focused his work on continuously improving production processes, with the aim of obtaining increasingly distinctive coffees. In 2022, he incorporated controlled post-harvest fermentation processes, expanding the possibilities for developing sensory profiles and adding value to his production.
For the producer, one of the most gratifying aspects of coffee cultivation is seeing how the result of a whole year's work is finally expressed in the cup and appreciated by consumers in different moments and contexts.
