V60 Feature 1: Cone Shape
The characteristic cone shape of the V60 allows the layers of coffee grounds to become thicker than on the flat surface of a traditional trapezoidal shaped dripper. The cone shape allows hot water to flow to the center, allowing it to remain in contact with the coffee grounds for longer and ensuring adequate extraction of the flavor and aromatic constituents of the coffee grounds.
