Elia Lorayne, born in the province of Chiriquí, grew up immersed in the world of coffee, continuing the legacy of her grandfather and father. With a solid academic background and extensive experience, her leadership is fundamental to the management and production of the farm.

Finca Lorayne is a clear example of female leadership in coffee farming. The farm is family-owned and led by Elia Lorayne Rosas, a prominent figure in the Boquete region of Chiriqui.

She has implemented a business approach that recognizes the challenges faced by women in coffee farming and has been actively working to create opportunities. In fact, she has formed an alliance with Eng. Erving Manuel Romero to continue the legacy of her grandfather, "Café," and empower local women-led coffee farming.

One of your company's goals is to integrate improved production techniques and work with producers to achieve sustainable yields.

Elia Lorayne is actively involved in all company processes and with clients, being an important pillar in both field activities and in the supervision of purchases and exports, always striving to maintain the highest quality standards.

Furthermore, it works closely with the indigenous Ngäbe Buglé workforce, which is crucial in the sector.

With Elia Lorayne, we guarantee not only traceability, but also a commitment to social development and gender equality in the coffee sector.

Panama

Boquete and Volcán are separated by a volcano called Volcán Baru. Strong transportation and processing infrastructure in both regions, including well-managed wet and dry mills, are important factors contributing to the high-quality production that emerges from these regions.
Renacimiento is less well-known than Boquete and Volcán, mainly because it is remote and difficult to access. This remoteness also contributes to the limited processing and transportation infrastructure. Despite these geographical obstacles, Renacimiento's farms have also produced exceptional lots. Renacimiento shares the same ideal conditions as Boquete and Volcán and, with the right investment, could become equal to them in quantity, quality, and export volume.
Although a relatively small coffee producer, Panama stands out for the exceptional quality of its specialty coffee. The microclimates in the mountainous coffee regions help keep pests and diseases under control and also provide unique environments that have demonstrated the ability to bring out the best in specific Arabica varieties that don't thrive elsewhere.
