Elia Lorayne, born in the province of Chiriquí, grew up immersed in the world of coffee, continuing the legacy of her grandfather and father. With a solid academic background and extensive experience, her leadership is essential to the farm's management and production.

Finca Lorayne is a clear example of female leadership in coffee farming. The farm is family-owned and led by Elia Lorayne Rosas, a prominent figure in the Boquete, Chiriqui region.

She has pursued a business approach that recognizes the challenges faced by women in coffee farming and has actively worked to create opportunities. In fact, she established a partnership with Engineer Erving Manuel Romero to continue the legacy of her grandfather, "Café," and empower local women-led coffee farming.

One of your company's goals is to integrate better production techniques and work with producers to achieve sustainable yields.

Elia Lorayne is actively involved in all company processes and with clients, playing an important role in both field activities and in supervising purchasing and exports, always striving to maintain the highest quality standards.

Furthermore, it works closely with the Ngäbe Buglé indigenous workforce, which is crucial to the sector.

With Elia Lorayne, we ensure not only traceability but also a commitment to social development and gender equality in the coffee sector.

Panama

Boquete and Volcán are separated by a volcano called Volcán Baru. Strong transportation and processing infrastructure in both regions, including well-managed wet and dry mills, are important factors contributing to the high-quality production that emerges from these regions.
Renacimiento is less well-known than Boquete and Volcán, mainly because it is remote and difficult to access. This remoteness also contributes to the limited processing and transportation infrastructure. Despite these geographical obstacles, Renacimiento's farms have also produced exceptional lots. Renacimiento shares the same ideal conditions as Boquete and Volcán and, with the right investment, could become equal to them in quantity, quality, and export volume.
Although a relatively small coffee producer, Panama stands out for the exceptional quality of its specialty coffee. The microclimates in the mountainous coffee regions help keep pests and diseases under control and also provide unique environments that have demonstrated the ability to bring out the best in specific Arabica varieties that don't thrive elsewhere.
