The AeroPress Reusable Metal Coffee Filter is made from superior quality 316 stainless steel, which is much more durable than the 304 stainless steel used in other filters.
Suggestion:
Metal filters are more porous than paper filters , so the water will drain more quickly. To slow the dripping, we recommend starting with a medium-fine grind size. It is also crucial with the stainless steel filter to shake to level the bed of coffee grounds and pour in the water slowly in a circular motion. You can also try partially inserting the plunger and pulling up after adding the liquid, which should create a vacuum and hold everything in place until you're ready to dive.
