The Eureka Advantage
Constant attention to innovation is part of Eureka's DNA: discover the details of Eureka's technological added value!
Anti-Clumps & Electrostatic .
Designed to prevent the development of clods and eliminate the electrostatic charge of the ground coffee, the ACE System is the common denominator in all Eureka mills. Due to its regulating action on the coffee output, the ACE System ensures unparalleled cleanliness and dose consistency.
Stepless Micrometer Adjustment System (patented by Eureka)
Patented by Eureka, it ensures unrivaled adjustment accuracy and time and coffee savings.
The micrometric system with infinite adjustment points, the only one based on the repositioning of the lower burrs, guarantees unparalleled grinding performance and allows maintenance operations to be carried out without losing the grinding adjustment.
"Maintenance" High Speed
Practical operations and easy maintenance.
The typical mechanical composition of our burr holder set, which can be dismantled by removing only 9 screws, allows for quick replacement and cleaning of burrs, as well as a remarkable saving of time and coffee.
Quiet grinding everywhere: cafeteria and home.
The unique anti-vibration solution reduces grinding noise by approximately 20 dB compared to conventional grinders and opens the way to a new way of grinding coffee: precise and quiet.
Espresso & Brew
Special burr design suitable for both Espresso and all Filter varieties.
The special burr design conceived by our engineers offers a suitable grinding technique both for the preparation of Espresso and all varieties of filter coffee.
"Grind Dispersion "High Speed
The "High Speed" label marks mills capable of achieving a highly reduced dispensing time.
The special set of motors and "Burrs", developed by our R&D department, allows Eureka mills to reach an extremely high dispensing speed and therefore to serve customers faster, while preserving a high quality of coffee in cup.
Easy adjustment system
The precision of taste.
This system facilitates the regulation of the grinding degree by showing the full range of grinding techniques: from Turkish to Moka , from Drip to French Press . Eureka mills equipped with this system are quick and easy to program.
Blow Up System
"The Mechanism" eliminating retention with a "Blow".
Extremely low retention - Designed for specialty coffees , the mechanism generates an airflow capable of cleaning the grinding chamber and grinding all the coffee beans, without waste, for a perfect coffee in the cup. Cleaning - Designed to support the barista in their daily use. Fast, easy to use, to always provide your customers with freshly ground coffee.
Diamond Inside Burrs
Burrs with a superior crystal structure, thanks to the patented process.
Diamond Inside is a patented process for cryogenic thermal treatment of burrs at -193°C (patent pending) resulting in the formation of an increased crystalline structure that guarantees superior wear resistance and durability. Diamond Inside is able to preserve optimal burr sharpness for longer than any other burr typology, keeping the particle size constant for an exceptionally high amount of ground coffee.
