Burrs with a superior crystal structure, thanks to the patented process.
Diamond Inside is a patented process for cryogenic thermal treatment of burrs at -193°C (patent pending) resulting in the formation of an increased crystalline structure that guarantees superior wear resistance and durability. Diamond Inside is able to preserve optimal burr sharpness for longer than any other burr typology, keeping the particle size constant for an exceptionally high amount of ground coffee.
